Booking Terms and Conditions

Touring and Camping - £50 per week deposit. Self Catering units - £150 per week per unit.

The confirmation of the booking, by payment of the deposit, the issue of a confirmation letter or email  by Trencreek Holiday Park constitutes a contract between both parties and an acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

The balance for camping/touring is payable on arrival.

The balance for self catering accommodation must be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date or we reserve the right to re-let the property. Any booking made within 6 weeks of the holiday date must  be paid in full at the time of booking.

In the event of cancellation all deposits are non-refundable. 

Accommodation refunds on cancellation - up to 42 days before your arrival date, full balance less the  deposit will be given if the property can be re-let. After 42 days before your arrival date no refunds will be given. 

We strongly advise visitors to take out your own holiday insurance in the event of you cancelling.

Pitches should be occupied by 6pm on the arrival date. If the park has received no notification of a delay in your arrival, the park will be free to re-let the pitch. NO MONIES WILL BE REFUNDED BY THE PARK.

In the event of cancellation of any booking by the Proprietors, the liability of the Proprietors will be limited to a refund of any monies paid.

Pitches/Accommodation will not be ready for occupation until 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure.

No accommodation/pitches should be occupied by more than the number booked. We reserve the right to terminate any booking before or during the holiday at our discretion. We ask that you leave the accommodation and its contents clean and tidy. Breakages must be reported to reception.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all the accommodation.

A £50 cash key bond for accommodation is payable on arrival and is returnable on departure (during office hours, otherwise the deposit will be returned by cheque) if the unit is left to our satisfaction. If necessary, a cleaning charge will be deducted. Bed linen must be used in all the holiday accommodation.

Trencreek Holiday park is a family park and caters for families and couples and does not accept all male, all female or uneven mixed groups (3 or more) unless by prior arrangement. If we find a group forming (by way of separate reservations) we may ask you to leave the park without a refund.

No pets are allowed. Your booking will be voided if a pet is included in your party.

In the instance of behaviour detrimental to other visitors, persons responsible will be evicted from the Park, with no refund of any monies.

Anyone using Trencreek Holiday Park and its facilities do so at their own risk and we will not accept liability for the loss of or damage to persons and/or property. 

Visitors will be held liable for any damage to the park property.

There may be some curtailment of the park’s advertised facilities early and late season.

Parents and guardians are responsible for the conduct of their children whilst on the park.

COVID-19

Due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the Covid-19 situation, we understand bookings may need to be altered.
If you are unable to attend your holiday booked due to government or regional travel restrictions or if you or a member of your booking party falls ill or has to isolate due to Covid-19, we will transfer the booking to a date in the future with no amendment fees. In the event we have to cancel your booking, we will refund your booking in full or transfer to another time.
